INFORMS aspires to create a thriving environment for participatory governance by training a threshold number of role model citizens known as MAHITI SEVAK who will work for promotion of Right to Information Act, who with their success stories would encourage other citizens to emulate them, thereby effecting a more transparent and accountable government.
INFORMS envisions empowering a large section of Indian society in the use of the Right to Information Act as a civic tool and thereby encouraging every Indian citizen to constructively engage in the task of governance, thus ensuring a more responsible and just government and system..

The center of any country should be his citizen but an alert citizen create a good JUST state were all are provided equal opportunity INFORMS works for creating awareness among citizen of this country for using their right as well as to perform their duty.
Right Means - Ethics always
We will follow ethical practices in all our relationships at all times, including following the law both in letter and spirit. This includes not offering bribes, not paying or taking commissions, or any other short-cuts. As well as we request our MAHITI SEVAKS do not use wrong way to exploit the common or any officials.
Right Way - Consistent quality
We will have standardized processes as this will enable us to reach out to the most citizens. We will foster innovation but in a way that ensures consistent quality of education.
INFORMS has its own anthem titled “READ and LEAD” aimed at motivating citizen across INDIA to get educated and fight for others right.
INFORMS had a logo that is distinctive and easy to identify. It included a visual of a hand punch, which is a symbol for fight against corruption. The visual was enclosed with the letters INFORMS engraved on it (the short form of Information Needed For Optimistic Reforms in Manmade System) written in English.
